About this Verve Retreat

When was the last time you felt truly inspired?

Verve Retreats was born from the inspiration that travel has on reconnecting with our inner joy and adventurous spirit. As we experience other cultures, educational approaches, taste new foods, and explore the magic of new places our heart finds connection.

Verve Retreats are designed to support the journey of inspiration, joy and adventure  for each participant through 5 key experiences.

  • Community
  • Culture
  • Service
  • Nature
  • Self-Care

The Hypno breathwork & Reiki Session with Lynee will introduce travellers to the intuitive power our bodies have to support and heal us. During this workshop participants will be guided to let go of what no longer serves them so love and light can replace it.
