Eliza Raymond, our Director of Operations, holds a Master of Tourism from Otago University, New Zealand. In addition to her work with GOOD Travel, she teaches entrepreneurship, innovation and social change at the University for Peace established by the General Assembly of the United Nations.

Ange is a half Dane, half Kiwi currently living in Wellington, New Zealand. With a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and a Master’s degree in International Development, Ange has a love of learning about people, ways of life and cultures around the world. She is particularly interested in how we can learn from and positively impact one another. Having split her life between the northern and southern hemispheres, travel has always been a part of her life.

Vallori is the founder of WOW Coaching & Consulting, and works closely with the GOOD Travel team to design and lead trips globally. She has taken GOOD travellers across the globe from Thailand to Brazil on journeys of discovery and self-discovery.

Karin is a former third-generation airline industry director who has lived on 5 continents and traveled to over 100 countries. Her young daughter has already spent time in 20 countries ranging from Nepal to Oman to Peru. Karin's passion is planning experiential travel for families and helping children find their place in the world through exploration.

Josie Major is from Wellington, New Zealand and GOOD Travel’s New Zealand Research and Development Intern. She has a degree in History and Cultural Anthropology, and is passionate about the role of cross-cultural understanding in combating social and environmental issues. Josie is also the coordinator for the Impact Travel Alliance’s Wellington chapter.

Vincie (MA, UCL; PhD, HKU) has worked as a university lecturer and academic researcher in Hong Kong for over 10 years before moving to New York. During her time teaching French, she motivated young people to travel, confront different cultures and cultivate compassion towards others. Vincie has lived in 4 different countries, volunteered in Africa and travelled all over the world.

Erin is an educator, photographer, athlete, traveler, creative and always looking for a new adventure. Erin has led National Geographic Student Expeditions programs in Tanzania, Monterey Bay, Italy, Greece, London, Iceland, Alaska, and Belize. For the past four years, Erin has been the full time photography instructor at Mid-Pacific School of the Arts in Honolulu, Hawaii.
